Role Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Capture market trends and design engaging graphics for both print and digital platforms (webpage, social media, emailers, marketing materials).

Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals that align with Clef’s brand identity and core values.

Lead photoshoots and video productions, ensuring strong visual direction and consistency.

Collaborate with third-party designers or creators when required.

Support market research and analysis to enhance brand exposure and uncover new creative opportunities.

Develop branding and marketing angles based on the organisation’s vision and values.

Think creatively and strategically to produce visuals that capture audience interest.

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure design alignment across all platforms.

Ensure all materials meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).

Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and storytelling.

Passionate about beauty, skincare, and lifestyle content.

Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
