JOB DESCRIPTION

· To handle full set of accounts;

· Involvement in day-to-day accounting operational tasks inclusive of AP, AR and GL data keying into the accounting system.

· Preparation of monthly / annual accounting closing, reporting and financial analysis

· Prepare bank reconciliation and fixed assets listing;

· Compilation of SST and submission on bi-monthly basis.

· Prepare expenses analysis and tax compliance notes as required by tax agent for tax submission.

· Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS :

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent;

· Min 3 years related working experience in related field;

· Well-versed in Ms Excel and Accounting Software;

· Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision to meet timeline;

· Willing to learn, meticulous and accuracy at work is a must; and
