Who You Are:

• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Possess understanding of facility systems in manufacturing environments, especially Fire Fighting System, DI water (RODI), IETS (Waste Water Treatment) waste treatment, Domestic Water Supply and cleanroom operations.
• Skilled in monitoring and maintaining critical infrastructure to ensure building in safe and continuous operations with minimal downtime.
• Experienced in coordinating facility upgrades, equipment installations, and retrofit projects.
• Proficient in managing vendors, project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.

Position Summary:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant’s Fire Fighting System, RODI, and IETS (Industrial Effluent Treatment System / Wastewater Treatment System) and Domestic Water Supply System.
• Liaise with local authorities, including Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (BOMBA), regarding fire equipment operations and fire certificate renewals.
• Collaborate with consultants and vendors to improve the productivity, quality, and safety of facility plant operations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth cleanroom operation and maintenance while meeting all required standards and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate projects related to plant expansion.

What You Will Do:

• Work on-site and attend daily meetings to provide updates on critical parameters.
• Required to be on-site during off days or after office hours whenever situations require immediate attention.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 ~ 5 years of working experience in an established organization, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
