We are partnering with a leading multinational organisation to hire a Legal Executive / Legal Analyst to support its regional legal function across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain a range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and internal policies
• Provide support on employment and labour law matters, including documentation and research
• Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions in APAC
• Assist with the preparation and review of commercial agreements
• Support transaction processes, including documentation, coordination, and execution
• Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal matters
• Maintain legal templates, contract databases, and knowledge resources
• Assist with day-to-day legal queries from business teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant legal / paralegal experience
• Background in a law firm or in-house legal team preferred
• Experience handling contracts and general corporate matters
• Exposure to employment law is advantageous but not essential
• Legal diploma or equivalent required; law degree is a plus
