Key Responsibilities:
- Handling daily administrative tasks, which may include data entry, managing communications, and preparing reports on warehouse activities.
- Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse
- Preparing and processing documentation like delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations environment.
- Familiar with WMS / SAP / ERP
- Experienced in managing and processing warehouse documentation for Inbound / Outbound / Inventory such as DO / Invoice / Picking List and etc
- Good communication in English, both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy - Good in Microsoft Excel skills.
- Must be willing to work in Senai / Tebrau / PTP
- Able to work on shift hours.
