Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Petaling Jaya is ideal for an experienced Senior Event Executive with a proven track record in event planning and execution. Key responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of event management, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation. Candidates will oversee vendor relationships, budget management, and timeline coordination while ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to develop creative event concepts, manage logistical details, and deliver memorable experiences.

• Event Planning, Coordination, and Execution skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management experience
• Budget Management and Cost Optimization skills
