Plinths is an artist first website platform built to help creatives present their work beautifully and sell it on their own terms. We are looking for a commission only sales representative to help us grow our community by connecting artists with a platform designed specifically for their needs.

This is a fully remote, flexible role and a great fit for someone who understands the art world, creative businesses, or digital tools for artists.

What you will do

Identify and reach out to artists, studios, and creative professionals who would benefit from Plinths

Build genuine relationships and communicate the value of the platform clearly and thoughtfully

Generate and close new customer accounts

Represent Plinths with professionalism, integrity, and care

Share feedback from conversations with artists to help inform product growth

What we are looking for

Experience in sales, outreach, or relationship building

Comfort working independently and managing your own time

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Interest in art, design, or creative industries

Familiarity with websites, e commerce, or digital tools is a plus but not required

Compensation Structure 

Sales Commission

20% commission on annual plans, paid upfront

20% commission on monthly plans, paid monthly

Retention Bonus

Decreasing commission for retention

2nd year 15% commison

3rd year 10%

4th year and beyond 5%
