Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Global Sourcing Coordinator, located in Singapore. The Global Sourcing Coordinator will manage end-to-end procurement processes, oversee project timelines, and build relationships with a diverse range of clients and suppliers. Key responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier performance, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and suppliers
• Experience in Procurement processes, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and logistics coordination
• Proven Project Management skills to manage timelines, multitask, and ensure successful delivery of sourcing initiatives
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with procurement tools and technology
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance standards is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
