Job Description
Responsible for attending to trust and estate administration matters
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as beneficiaries, lawyers, banks, as well as relevant public and private authorities
Prepare and review trust and estate documentation and correspondences
Process the distribution of trust/estate assets to beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of the trust deed and/or last will
Handle customers' enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with internal policies, trust deeds as well as applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
A recognised Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in an established trust company, legal firm or financial institution
Able to work independently with good communication skills
Possess strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline
Knowledge in trust administration, estate administration, Will/Wasiat, probate and letters of administration will be an added advantage
