We are looking for passionate, committed, and motivated Bakers to join our growing bakery and café operations in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. Whether you are an experienced baker or an individual eager to build your career in the baking industry, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will be involved in daily bakery production, ensuring product quality and consistency while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

(1) SENIOR BAKER (Location: Johor Bahru & Kuala Lumpur)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Lead and oversee daily baking operations to ensure smooth workflow and product consistency
2) Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to company standards and recipes
3) Monitor product quality, presentation, and freshness at all times
4) Train, guide, and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff
5) Manage stock levels, ingredient ordering, and inventory control
6) Ensure compliance with food hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
7) Support production planning and operational efficiency during peak hours
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Minimum 3 years of relevant baking experience in bakery, café, or F&B operations
2) Strong technical knowledge in baking production and product handling
3) Leadership ability with experience guiding and mentoring team members
4) Passionate, responsible, and committed to producing quality products
5) Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills
6) Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
(2) JUNIOR BAKER (Location: Johor Bahru & Kuala Lumpur)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Assist in daily preparation and baking of bakery products
2) Follow recipes, production schedules, and instructions accurately
3) Support kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
4) Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
5) Assist with ingredient preparation and stock arrangement
6) Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients and equipment
7) Work closely with the baking team to maintain product quality and consistency
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
2) Basic baking knowledge or strong interest in bakery production
3) Willingness to learn and grow within the baking industry
4) Positive attitude, good discipline, and teamwork spirit
5) Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
6) Fresh graduates with passion in baking are encouraged to apply
