Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customer phone enquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements:
Working on-site (office base, no working from home).
Working in shift (24-hour rotating shift).
Strong communication skills, with verbal proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Good phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum diploma in any field (preferably in science field), but candidates with SPM qualification (science stream) are also welcomed to apply.
No experience is required, and any prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
