Responsibilities :
Conduct administrative and support activities to keep the store department / delivery running efficiently. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Duties :
Maintain neat and proper filing at all times. Liaise with Sales Person & Delivery Driver for the delivery arrangement of the day. Ensure clients’ orders are collected by the arranged transport / courier company. Pack & label goods correctly. Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs (any store / packing essential items). Prepare PR and issue PO to the suppliers after getting approval from the management. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders. Liaise with production to ensure all products arrive in good condition. Report damage or missing inventory / incoming shipment to the management. Work and communicate with all departments in a pleasant and positive manner. Perform other tasks as needed and as requested by the management.
