About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender and Indian with Western Food Chef to join our dynamic team at sp star wholesaler sdn bhd in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. What you'll be doing

1. Mixing and serving a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to customers

2. Preparing and cooking a range of Indian and Western dishes to a high standard

3. Maintaining a clean and well-organised work station

4. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests

5. Assisting with inventory management and stock control

6. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

7. Contributing to a positive team dynamic and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Bartender and Indian with Western Food Chef, preferably within a similar hospitality setting

2. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and bartending techniques

3. Expertise in preparing a variety of Indian and Western dishes to a high standard

4. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

5. Good time management and multi-tasking abilities

6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

7. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience
