Penerangan Kerja

Tanggungjawab

1. Payroll & Staff Administration
  • Handle payroll processing using Autocount Payroll

  • Maintain staff attendance, overtime, leave, and allowance records

  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary processing

  • Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, EA Form, and Form E

2. HR Administration
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain proper staff records, contracts, and HR documentation

  • Prepare HR-related letters and administrative documents

  • Coordinate recruitment arrangements including interview scheduling and candidate follow-up

3. Administrative Support
  • Handle general office administration and documentation

  • Coordinate with outlets, warehouse, and management on staff-related matters

  • Ensure proper filing and organization of HR and admin records

  • Assist management with day-to-day operational coordination when required

4. Compliance & Coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

  • Liaise with external parties, including accountants and relevant authorities, when necessary

  • Support management in improving HR and administrative workflow efficiency
