Tanggungjawab

[June 2026 Intake]
This internship goes beyond basic admin work, you’ll be directly involved in operational sourcing/sale, client coordination, and process optimization. As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring both owners and drivers enjoy a smooth, efficient experience from start to finish
Key Responsibility

1) Handle the after-sale issue raised by both client section (owners/parker), sourcing and onboarding of new parking locations, including verifying & coordinating with owners or agents leads.

2) Assist in managing customers to ensure inquiries, subscriptions, and issues are resolved efficiently.

3) Coordinated with the team to oversee smooth booking operations, enabling timely and successful parking for all users

4) Collect and analyze user feedback to identify improvement areas in client experience and operational flow.

5) Contribute to database enhancement by tracking lead progress, verifying data accuracy, and flagging market insights.

6) Participate in team projects to improve sourcing efficiency, user conversion rates, and internal SOPs.

7) Assist B2B client reports (monthly/weekly)
