Kelayakan

  • Min 1 year working experience in Customer Service field
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (read, write and speak)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Fully Working from Home position with fixed working timing

Tanggungjawab

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process.
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce insurance products and explain benefits.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Provide responsive support and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Collect customer feedback to identify service improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
