• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s financial, commercial, and technical legal aspects to inform advice and decisions
• Conducting negotiation and drafting across various areas of the law
• Undertaking corporate secretarial matters
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for the Legal department
