Internship Opportunity – Admin & Front Desk Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and friendly intern to support our daily operations through administrative tasks and front-desk assistance. This internship offers hands-on experience in office administration, customer service, and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment 
  • Ensure office facilities are clean, organized, and functional 
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries 
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and general admin tasks 

Reception / Front Desk Support

  • Greet and welcome customers professionally 
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently 
  • Explain treatment details, procedures, and pricing to customers 
  • Arrange and schedule appointments accurately 
  • Assist in preparing rooms and monitoring customer/patient comfort 
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
