Job Title : Facilities Technician
Salary: $2500 - $2700
5.5 days work week, need to work shift, rotate 3 shifts
Location: Changi and Mount pleasant

Job descriptions
• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).
• Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
• To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
• Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
• Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
• Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Electronics /Building / Facility Management or facilities maintenance
