Our company is seeking an experienced foodproduction manager to oversee our food production operations. The idealcandidate will have extensive experience in managing staff, overseeing productionprocesses, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

·      Develop, implement, and maintain productionschedules and processes to ensure optimum productivity and efficiency

·      Hire, train, and manage production staff, includingsetting and monitoring performance goals

·      Collaborate with sales and marketing teams todevelop and implement product launches

·      Create and maintain inventory records and manageraw material inventory levels

·      Ensure compliance with all food safety regulationsand industry standards, including HACCP and GMP

·      Identify and address production issues and area(s)for improvement

·      Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery inproduction facilities

·      Prepare production reports and communicate withupper management regarding production goals and results

Qualifications:

·       Working experience related to the role.

·      Excellent organizational and time-management skills

·      Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to troubleshoot production issues andimplement solutions effectively
