We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Transformation Manager / Transformation Consultant / Business Transformation Director to lead organization-wide change initiatives, modernize business operations, and drive digital innovation across multiple functions.
This role is suited for experienced professionals who can connect business strategy with execution, lead cross-functional transformation programs, and deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
Key Responsibilities Digital Transformation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across the organization
- Define and execute transformation strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process redesign
- Drive adoption of digital tools, platforms, and modern ways of working
- Ensure transformation outcomes deliver measurable business value
Business Process Optimization
- Analyze current operations, workflows, and organizational structures
- Redesign processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for transformation success
- Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements
- Align operational processes with strategic objectives
Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership
- Collaborate with executive leadership and senior stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor on transformation strategy and execution
- Lead workshops, steering committees, and strategic planning sessions
- Drive organizational change management and adoption strategies
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
Technology Enablement & Innovation
- Evaluate and implement enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, automation, analytics)
- Partner with IT teams to deliver scalable digital solutions
- Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies to enhance capabilities
- Ensure technology investments align with business strategy
Program & Portfolio Management
- Manage large-scale transformation programs from planning to execution
- Oversee budgets, timelines, risks, and performance tracking
- Establish transformation governance and reporting structures
- Ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement across transformation portfolios
️ Requirements Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in digital transformation, strategy, or management consulting
- Strong background in business process reengineering and change management
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools, automation platforms)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in consulting firms or enterprise environments is highly preferred
