Role Summary

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our advertiser base across the SMB segment in APJ. You will identify, engage, and qualify new advertising customers while managing a pipeline of opportunities from initial outreach through to close or handoff.

You will research target accounts, develop tailored outreach strategies, and leverage data insights to prioritize high-potential opportunities. This role combines proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and strategic thinking to help customers grow their business through digital advertising solutions while directly contributing to revenue growth.

1.  Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a pipeline of prospective advertisers from initial contact to qualified opportunity or close
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, social channels
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and identify key decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer business goals, audience, and advertising needs
  • Position advertising solutions aligned to customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue objectives
  • Qualify leads against established criteria and ensure high-quality pipeline generation
  • Schedule and support introductory meetings, demos, and campaign discussions with prospective customers
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline, and customer engagement accurately within CRM systems
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to improve prospecting effectiveness, targeting, and conversion rates
  • Provide market feedback and insights on lead quality, customer trends, and campaign effectiveness
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline generation and sales targets
  • Experience in handling ANZ region is good to have.

2.  You Have

  • Proven ability to communicate persuasively with prospective customers across multiple channels
  • Experience in outbound prospecting, customer acquisition, inside sales, or digital advertising sales
  • Strong research and discovery skills to uncover customer needs and business challenges
  • Growing proficiency in leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to improve prospecting and conversion
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high outreach activity levels
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Passion for customer engagement, revenue growth, and delivering strong customer experiences
