Job Summary
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage APAC close activities, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP, local statutory, and tax requirements while driving process improvements and automation.

Job Description & Requirements

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for MNC policy, U.S. GAAP and local filing statutory and tax compliance
• Collaborate with key business partners to ensure financial integrity
• Responsible to manage the quarterly US GAAP close and annual Local GAAP statutory audit for APAC entities to ensure proper accounting and compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Any issues identified should be addressed/escalated in a prompt and professional manner
• Collaborate with corporate, regional, and global teams to meet key performance deliverables, while identifying process improvement opportunities and leading automation solution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant commercial experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent, with US GAAP and IFRS experience considered an advantage
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel skills, including VBA and Macros
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills applied to business process excellence
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Other Information

• Contract position: 3+3 months duration with possibility of renewal
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with hybrid work arrangement
• Location: Nearest MRT station is One-north
