Role Description

•Responsible for onsite system setup and testing for machine vision system such as Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine.

•Perform troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to customers.

•Responsible for minor and basic mechanical fine-tuning and adjustment in-house and on-site.

•Integrate and configure machine vision related hardware such as lighting, controller, camera, lenses and optics.

•Provide training to customers.

•Perform sample evaluation to study machine vision / motion control feasibility.

•Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure tasks and action items are well follow up on-site.

•Perform daily reporting through email to customers and respective teams on your daily activities.

Qualifications

•Preferably in bachelor’s degree / Postgraduate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

•Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting on equipment is preferred.

•Knowledge of machine vision / image processing / motion control is an added advantage.

•Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.

•Responsible, able to work independently, initiative and good interpersonal skills.

•Discipline, strong time management skill, multi-tasking with priority planning.

•Able to travel locally / overseas.
