They are hiring for multiple roles which includes Senior OTC Specialists/OTC Accountants.

About the Role

You will be supporting multi-country operations across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. This position oversees end-to-end OTC processes, ensures accuracy of financial transactions and reconciliations, and works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain strong operational governance and business continuity. The role also contributes to standardization, automation, and long-term process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee daily OTC operations including reconciliation, settlements, exception handling, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Investigate discrepancies, conduct root-cause analysis, propose corrective actions, and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Support month-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, governance requirements, and internal controls.
• Review and refine OTC workflows, SOPs, and controls to support standardization, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and support automation, process simplification, and operational scalability.
• Contribute to finance projects, system implementations, and process transitions to ensure successful execution and long-term operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional certification (CPA/MIA preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience in OTC, financial operations, or SSC environment
• Proficiency with SAP (HANA/FIORI) and analytical/reporting platforms (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently, manage complexity, and deliver with accuracy and accountability
