Full Time MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,000 in PTERIS GLOBAL LIMITED - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Create 3D Models of Baggage Handling conveyor systems; this would include catwalk, supports and header steel.

• Create 3D Models of any other objects that may impact system designs.

• Assure that models are created by following a fixed set of design rules and custom blocks as well as meeting any customer specifications.

• Create 2D Layout packages based on the 3D models that can be used for customer approval as well as installation. This task will include creation of plan and section views in a modified architectural drafting style.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and above.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Naviswork, Solidworks softwares and Microsoft Office Suite

• Minimum 2 - 3 years work experience in the field of mechanical design. Candidates with relevant work experience in the field of Material Handling Systems is preferred.

• Applicant MUST be willing to travel and work on overseas projects.

• Ability to read and understand Architectural, Mechanical & Structural Drawings as well as knowledge of drafting standards (AUTOCAD)

• A responsible, self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful team player with good organisational and communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work effectively in team environment incorporating engineering, sales, and management functions.
