We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Strategist to join our team. As a Digital Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to meet our business objectives and support new business development through strategic pitches and proposals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead in the digital landscape.
Role Description
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to new business efforts by crafting strategic proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs and objectives
Digital Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and online advertising.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
Content Strategy:
- Develop content strategies that resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging.
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure consistent and engaging content across digital platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of digital initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
SEO and SEM:
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in digital strategy, content planning, or campaign management
- Proven experience developing digital strategies that drive measurable results
- Strong ability to translate insights into pitch decks and proposals for new clients
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and performance metrics
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and presentation software (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong visual storytelling and copywriting instincts are a plus
