At The Flow Studio, our community is our heartbeat, and we’re looking for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role sits at the intersection of client experience, operations, and admin. You’ll be the person making sure no client is left waiting, no schedule is missed, and no detail slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
• Manage client communications across WhatsApp, Email & Instagram (24-hour response SLA)
• Handle backend requests (refunds, freezes, package sharing) with accuracy and care
• Own private client scheduling - bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and reminders
• Keep our systems (CRM, booking tools) clean, updated, and organized
• Support Front Desk teams by resolving complex or “stuck” client cases
• Follow up with clients (expiring packages, post-session check-ins, re-engagement)
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years in customer support, admin, or operations
• Strong written communication (you’re clear, warm, and human - not robotic)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable juggling multiple tools and systems
• Calm under pressure and great with people
• Bonus: Experience in fitness or wellness
