About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior FF&E Designer with a strong background in hospitality design to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who brings both design vision and technical expertise, with a deep understanding of materials, furniture, and the full FF&E lifecycle for hotel and resorts projects.
Responsibilities
- Curate and select furniture, lighting, finishes, artwork, and accessories aligned with project concepts and brands standard.
- Produce detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, budgets, and procurement packages.
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, procurement teams, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
- Research and source new products, materials, and innovative solutions for hospitality spaces.
- Review samples, shop drawings, and mock-ups; provide approval and quality control during project implementation.
- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders, providing clear design presentations and updates.
- Mentor junior FF&E designers and support team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in FF&E design, preferably within hospitality (hotels, resorts, luxury developments).
Required Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating FF&E concept development and documentation for hospitality projects.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, furniture construction, finishes, and vendor capabilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop.
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and manage large-scale FF&E packages.
