Responsibilities:
Prepare staff claims with supporting documents and cross check details from DB.
Prepare corporate card claims with supporting documents and cross check details from DB.
Review and verify vendor onboarding forms.
Prepare and submit WHT forms and payment advice to LHDN.
Prepare and submit Legal's documents for stamp duty processing to LHDN.
Handle couriers arrangements (DHL & Maju Express) for Finance and Legal documents.
