Social Media Executive Job Description:

• To receive brief and carry out client liaison as well as lead internal communications with other stakeholders in order to meet client’s social media requirements, for both retainer and ad-hoc jobs
• To assist in carrying out creative concept development and idea creation
• To carry out research and produce proposals
• To carry out project execution and management
• To be well-aware of overall progress for each job
• To help ensure jobs are done within deadlines
• To assist with other technical aspects of social media including advertising and more
• To help provide relevant post-campaign reports
• To liaise with suppliers and ensure deliverables are done within requirements
• To be able to work outside working hours when required in accordance to the demand of the job.
• To carry out client liaison with the Company’s clients.
• Adhere to project deadlines and ensure projects are delivered on a timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with clients in the interest of the Company.
• Keeping up to date with current trends and industry best practices.

KPI:

• To help ensure that all projects/jobs are well-planned and executed as per client’s requirements, as well as within set timeline
• To assist the team to constantly improve and keep up with the latest industry practice
• To help ensure the company is not put in a bad light
• To help ensure that the profit margin requirements for the project are met
