This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints professionally, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily responsibilities include providing phone and email support, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and using best practices in customer service and communication to enhance the quality of interactions.
