Role Description
The candidate should have:
Installation & maintenance of company’s computer software and hardware/facilities;
- PC setup, installation, testing and troubleshooting.
- Support for production PC issues, failures etc.
- Basic Network Setup and Troubleshooting.
- Receive issues , update tickets accordingly to SOP, able to prioritize ticket resolution within SLA.
- Perform trouble shooting on: PC Hardware issues, network failure, good in command prompt.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 0-2 years' experience required in IT Technical support.
- Must be able to handle IT hardware / software / Networking and have trouble-shooting skill.
- Must be able to handle IT hardware / software installation.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn more.
- Independent & Hardworking
Note: Must be ready to work on rational shifts and rotational days 24/7
