About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to ensure a smooth, friendly, and professional experience for our patients. This role is crucial in representing the clinic’s values through excellent service and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients (front desk, phone, WhatsApp)
• Handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and patient enquiries
• Welcome patients and ensure a positive, comfortable clinic experience
• Manage patient records and basic administrative tasks
• Address patient feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in customer service or clinic/front desk operations
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage)
• Friendly, patient, well-organized, and service-oriented
• Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an added advantage
