SALES ASSISTANT (I SIHAT JB - DENTAL CLINIC)
Work Location: Johor Bahru

Role Overview:
This role plays a key part in driving new patient growth for the company. You will be responsible for managing incoming leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and converting enquiries into confirmed appointments and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media platforms.
• Proactively contact new leads to understand patient needs and recommend suitable dental services.
• Clearly communicate treatment options, pricing, and clinic information to potential patients.
• Follow up consistently with cold or unresponsive leads to maximise conversion rates.
• Record and maintain accurate lead and customer data in the designated tracking system (Excel/CRM).
• Support execution of marketing campaigns across multiple locations (Johor Bahru, Seremban, KL, and upcoming branches).
• Assist in creating simple marketing content such as captions and posters when required.
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimise lead generation and campaign performance.
• Escalate any sales-related issues promptly to the Management or Consulting Team for further action.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media).
• Basic understanding of customer handling and sales approach (training will be provided).
• Organised and detail-oriented in managing leads and follow-ups.
• Target-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
