• Operate and monitor SMT machines such as printer, pick & place, SPI, and reflow oven.
• Perform machine setup, changeover, and feeder preparation according to production schedule.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues during production.
• Conduct first-line maintenance and ensure machines are in good working condition.
• Monitor production output and quality to meet daily targets.
• Perform inspection and verification of PCB assemblies.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams for process improvement.
• Ensure proper material handling and component verification.
• Record machine downtime, defects, and production data accurately.
• Follow all safety, 5S, and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in SMT manufacturing environment (fresh graduates may be encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of SMT machines and PCB assembly process.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Able to work on shift rotation and overtime when required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
