This team is responsible for delivering building Service Catalogue for infrastructure with integration to automation, monitoring, and notification tools. This internship provides interns with practical exposure to the ServiceNow Platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), process automation, and workflow development, while gaining hands-on experience with Ansible automation.

The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:

• Analyse user requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Prototype and develop Service Catalogues, including automation use cases using Ansible playbooks
• Design and implement automated workflows for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monitoring and notification systems
• Assist in creating presentation materials, technical documentation, and user guides
• Support testing and validation of automated processes and service catalog items
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices documentation
• Gain exposure to DevOps methodologies and Infrastructure as Code principles

About You

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Graduating in May 2027
• Basic understanding of ITIL concepts
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Fundamental knowledge of Database (tables, fields, relationships)
• Basic understanding of scripting languages (Python, YAML, etc)
• Interest in automation, infrastructure management, or IT service delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detailed Oriented with good documentation abilities
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
