· Experience in electroless plating / semiconductor / PCB / metal finishing process is an advantage.

· Experience handling gold, nickel, or electroless plating bath is preferred.

· Fresh graduates in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related technical field are welcome to apply.

· Willing to work shift.

· Physically fit and able to work in chemical environment.

· Good discipline and teamwork.

• Operate and monitor the Electroless Plating line according to SOP.
• Prepare and maintain plating chemicals (chemical make-up, replenishment, and dosing).
• Monitor bath parameters such as pH, temperature, and chemical concentration.
• Record daily production data, chemical consumption, and process parameters.
• Support troubleshooting and basic maintenance of plating equipment, pumps, and filters.
• Ensure proper chemical handling and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in the plating area.
• Support engineers in process improvement and yield monitoring. Support and actively participate in Kaizen activities.
• Enforce and maintain 55 across all workplaces.
• Check & Control line compliance
• Willing to work in shifts and provide OT support when needed.
• Able to involve production projects for improvement activity.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
