We have an Immediate Opening Software Tester with our reputed Client.

Client Location Kuala Lumpur

Work Mode –Onsite (Work from Office)

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Test and prove that the software meets product requirements.

· Ensuring the quality of the product and system as a whole.

· Work with product owner, product engineers and IT application team and business stakeholders.

· Develop, write and automate tests for software validation.

· Prepare test scenarios and conduct unit test / system test.

· Defines test conditions for given requirements.

· Use JIRA for testing management tool & document repository.

· Design test cases, create test scripts and prepare test data based on the project specification/requirement. Upload all related test artefacts in JIRA, track test defects status and escalate any delay in defect open status.

· Interprets, executes and records test cases in accordance with project test plans.

· Analyses and reports test activities and results in JIRA or manual report.

· Attend all the assigned projects related Sprints Review & Sprints Planning for better understanding the project scope and changes involved. The information and knowledge will be used to prepare the test case & test scripts for SIT.

· Validate technical test result by checking database specific table and system logs.

· Provide post implementation support.

· Detect bug issues and software inefficiencies.

· Prepare file defect reports and report test progress.

· Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.

· Preparing test reports for stakeholder reporting (technology and business stakeholders).

· Ensure test accuracy and completeness for a problem free-implementation
