Tanggungjawab

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & Administration

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and staff records.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personal files.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS, PCB).
  • Handle staff claims, medical claims, and general HR inquiries.
  • Support company activities and administrative matters.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records.

Accounts & Finance

  • Assist in preparing payment vouchers, invoices, and official receipts.
  • Handle data entry for daily financial transactions.
  • Assist in claim reimbursement and payment processing.
  • Maintain proper filing of finance documents.
  • Support monthly account reconciliation and reporting.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments when necessary.

General Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks assigned by management.
  • Assist other departments when required.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
