JOB DESCRIPTION

Position : Production clerk

Reporting To : Production Planner – Production Supervisors

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain production records, reports, and logs
• Track daily production output, scrap, and downtime
• Enter production data into ERP or inventory systems
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure production schedules are followed
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Issue work orders, job tickets, and production documents
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement documentation
• Verify accuracy of production paperwork and resolve discrepancies
• Support audits and quality control documentation
• Communicate production status to relevant departments
• To follow or to adhere all procedures related to the Company’s EMS Policies in-line with ISO14001:2015 policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or clerical roles preferred
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
• Basic knowledge of production or inventory systems (ERP/MRP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
