Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):
Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and offline advertising.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor movements.
Budget Management: Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI on all marketing spend.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the creative team while collaborating closely with the sales department to align goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and growth.
AI Integration: use and utilize artificial intelligence to analyze data, automate process and optimise engagement with customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (management experience is a plus).
Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, HubSpot, or CRM software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
