We are currently seeking applications for the position of Production Technician for our production department. If you are holding a SKM level 3 or diploma in an engineering-related field, we encourage you to apply. Please note that this position is not open to degree holders.

Role Overview:

As an Production Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in structured training programs to develop competency in operating production machinery and equipment.
• Gain hands-on exposure across different stages of the production process to build operational understanding and technical capability.
• Develop practical skills in the use, handling, and basic troubleshooting of production machines, mechanical tools, and related equipment.
• Support production activities to ensure output meets required targets, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Adhere to company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant working environment on the production floor.

Candidate Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Possess a diploma in Engineering, Chemical, Polymer, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related discipline from Vocational College, MARA Institution or tertiary college/university.
• Willing to be based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Seksyen 10, Selangor, for work.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and a proactive attitude.
• Be open to working in 8 hours or 12 hours shifts (7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am) from Monday till Saturday. Sunday will be rest day.
• Demonstrate good discipline and professionalism.
• Display effective communication skills.
