Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office administrative and support sales pricing.
• Maintain accurate finance codes, sales records, and operational documentation to support business efficiency and compliance.
• Manage order processing, including e-commerce purchase orders, and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit monthly incentive claims, working closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Support regional pricing setup and quarterly promotion updates to drive sales performance.
• Ensure full compliance with Halal standards, including managing certification applications, renewals, audits, and maintaining all related documentation.
• Liaise with certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and suppliers to uphold company compliance standards.
• To perform any assign by superior as when as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related field
• 1–3 years’ experience: Sales administration or commercial support
• Documentation and record management
• Pricing, incentives, or order processing
• Experience supporting Halal compliance or certification processes is an added advantage.
• Exposure to FMCG, distribution, or multi-branch operations is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
