Kerja Sepenuh Masa TEAM LEAD - OUTBOUND, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di SnT Global Logistics Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outbound activities for B2B (bulk orders) and B2C (individual orders).
• Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and within the required timeline.
• Monitor team performance and productivity to meet KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Allocate manpower effectively based on workload and priorities.
• Conduct daily briefings and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates (WMS/ERP) for all outbound transactions.
• Handle and resolve any operational issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Inventory, and Transport teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.
• Train and develop team members to improve performance and skills.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent; Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain is an advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in outbound/logistics.
• Experience handling both B2B and B2C operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
