We’re Hiring: Learning Enhancement Interventionist

SPARK Child Development Centre (SCDC) is a child rehabilitation centre that works closely with parents to help children with special needs reach their full potential. We use a Transdisciplinary approach and believe in teamwork, creativity, and compassion.

We are looking for fun, caring, and quick-learning individuals who enjoy working with children with special needs to join our team as Holistic Interventionists.

About the Role
You will be working in our Learning Enhancement Program (LEP) with children aged 5–12 years old who have specific learning disabilities such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, and Dyspraxia.

Your role is to help them improve academic skills, social skills, cognitive functioning skill, and problem-solving abilities. Full on-the-job training will be provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s welcome)
• Field: TESL, English Language & Literature, Psychology
• No experience needed – fresh grads encouraged to apply
• Compassion, patience, and willingness to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Must enjoy working with children with special needs
