• Assist in checking and verifying talents' timeclock attendance records.
• Prepare and verify event-based timesheets (daily / weekly) for talents.
• Assist in processing Payment Vouchers (PV) and supporting payment documentation.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and payroll records.
• Assist in invoice matching, document filing, and reconciliation tasks.
• Coordinate with internal operations team regarding attendance discrepancies and payroll matters.
• Ensure all records and submissions are properly updated and organized.
• Support the Accounts team in daily administrative and finance-related tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical accuracy.
• Able to manage repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM900.00 per month
