Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination, governance and risk management of IT infrastructure projects across network, data center, and cloud domains.
• Own and maintain the delivery dashboard, including project status (RAG), timelines, dependencies, and resource capacity.
• Monitor project pipeline against delivery capacity to ensure effective planning and resource utilization.
• Identify cross-project dependencies and critical path risks early, and drive mitigation actions.
• Track project progress, risks, and milestones to ensure predictable and timely delivery.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and management insights for leadership review.
• Ensure projects adhere to PMO governance, standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting structures, and delivery methodologies.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (Postgraduate Diploma / Professional Degree acceptable).
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, PMO, or program management.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects (network, data center, or cloud) in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and full project lifecycle management.
• Experience in Data Center industry is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure environments (network, data center, cloud).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  
  

Additional Skills

• Exposure to global or multinational working environments.
• Basic understanding of solution architecture or business architecture.
• Experience preparing management-level reports and dashboards.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management Certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
