Key Responsibilities

  • Mobile Leadership: Build, maintain, and scale high-quality React Native applications for iOS and Android.
  • Feature Ownership: Take ownership of the full mobile development lifecycle, from technical design to deployment.
  • Performance Optimization: Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect code.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and staying updated on the latest industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Core Tech: Expert-level proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • State Management: Experience with Redux, MobX, or Context API.
  • Native Modules: Familiarity with bridging native modules and using tools like Expo or React Native CLI.
  • API Integration: Proven track record of integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Ecosystem: Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, Fastlane), and App Store/Play Store publishing.

Nice To Haves

  • Backend Development: Experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python, or Go.
  • Database Management: Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
  • Cloud Services: Working knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Web Frontend: Proficiency in React.js for web-based admin dashboards.
