Job Description:

• Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for user-reported incidents and service requests received through walk-in support and onsite roaming support
• Troubleshoot client platform-related issues
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate issues, and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions for escalated cases
• Provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders
• Deliver excellent customer service and support experience
• Take ownership of assigned cases and follow up on reported issues until closure, ensuring all relevant information is accurately documented
• Manage customer expectations and escalate potential issues to the Team Lead when necessary
• Consistently update and monitor ticket progress in the ticketing system

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in IT or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in end-user support or as a Desktop Engineer
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Macintosh systems, MS Outlook, and mobile device support

Pay: Up to $3,200.00 per month
